Challenge: 

  • To design an eOrder application that provides:
    • upfront item validation
    • visibility to upcoming item distributions to their stores 
    • notification of upcoming promotions/deals
    • streamlining of  the ordering process
    • System needed to integrate with, and include functions of, the legacy application 
    • Users needed to be able to track inventory and pricing.

Solution:

  • Provided a business analyst and architect with mobile device, .Net and Csharp platform experience 
  • Worked with Business Analyst & Application Architect to come up with a detailed design
  • Developed critical system components and generic framework
  • Provided UML Modeling, maintained tag library, and created and installed applications
  • Provided Technical training for team members and ongoing support

Results:

  • Client was satisfied with phase 3 and renewed our contract to stay on for phase 4
